Prophet Rufus Adekunle Bakare is the General Overseer of Christ Firebrand Int’l Ministry Lagos, Nigeria.

He was born in Isan Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria in 1957. He is a professional Marketer and has a Diploma Certificate in Salesmanship from Institute of Marketing and also bagged Advance Diploma in Theology.

He started his Ministerial career with Power Pentecostal Church as an Evangelist.

He left Power Pentecostal Church in 1997 to form an outreach dedicated for deliverance and evangelical ministry. During this period, the revival outreach spread to other city like Ibadan and some other Nigerian States.

Later, a vision was was received to plant a church for undiluted propagation of God gospel. Prophetic utterances, deliverance and healing for the broken hearted.

The name of the church was revealed and to be called ” FIREBRAND CHURCH”. That was how the name of the ministry came into existence.

Glory be to God, the ministry is legally registered with Nigeria Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC).

As a Prophet, God has used me for deliverance, healing for hundreds of thousands of people both home and abroad.

The Ministry library has records of Prophetic utterances that came out from my mouth and has come to pass.
